APPROVAL OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN SARASOTA COUNTY AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND RELATED CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Description
The purpose of this agreement is for Sarasota County to utilize the project management and related construction services available within the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida. The School Board employs staff possessing expertise in this area and will provide said services to the County on an hourly basis. The Sarasota County Commission approved this agreement at their 9/23/2009 meeting. This agreement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
Recommendation
That the Interlocal Agreement between Sarasota County and the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, for Project Management and Construction Related Services be approved as presented.
